* Group to return to Give Kids The World Village in Orlando Florida
We were so thrilled to travel to Orlando in November 2005 to spend an evening with the children at Give Kids The World Village, that we are planning a return trip in October.
Give Kids The World Village is a magical place where dreams come true for children and families with life threatening illnesses. Henri Landwirth’s vision started out in a converted storage room at the Holiday Inn with one assistant, a telephone and a commitment that no child would ever be denied their one wish. Twenty years later, Give Kids The World has grown into a magical and memorable place now located on 70- acres in Kissimmee, FL. With a staff consisting of 130 full-time and part-time employees and over 3,500 devoted volunteers appropriately refered to as “Angels”, Give Kids The World has provided nearly 75,000 families with a vacation of a life-time!
